I have logged a call with Bytes technologies on Saturday the 20/04/2013, who in turn logged a call with Telkom for a System failure in Sandton. Today, the 22/04/2013 when the problem still had not been resolved, I gave Telkom a call, and according to them, their call has been closed - when I phoned later the evening the trace of any call placed on saturday had been deleted from their system. Our Hotel, has suffered immense damages, due to guests not being able to call and staff members not being able to fulfill their duties.
I am utterly dissapointed by the lack of commitment from Telkom to deliver A service.
