EXCESS BILLING BY NASHUA MOBILE!!

I really never understood how nashua mobile charges me, for my contract because it was never a same amount. I then requested they shut the Debit order thing down, I will pay for myself. Recently after I made the upgrade. from Blackberry to Samsung S3, I was getting my account locked out, because it's in arrears. This kept on going on and guess what? I never skipped even a single month for payment. Initially they told me that "Nah your account exceeded the soft cap limit" I didn't care at first, it was never ridiculous amounts until the past two months. I have a R5 cap service (which by the way I pay for), and they told me that my account is owing R1500 of calls for two consecutive months. I was never angry like this in my life, how could a R5 limit cap goes as far as a thousand! Nashua consultants told me I should manage my account bla..bla..bla..how dare they tell me that if I pay them to take care of that! One thing with them they do not have those phone command to check your balance in the phone you have to call to check your balance.
