JUST RECEIVED MY IPHONE AND ITS NOW A WEEK THAT I HAVE USED IT, BUT SINCE LAST WEEK I HAVE BEEN EXPIERENCING TREMEDOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE, 1ST THEY DID NOT DO THE SIM SWAP HAD TO CALL THE 082 111 FOR IT TO BE DONE, BECAUSE THE AGENT WHO SOLD THE PHONE OVER THE PHONE DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING, THEN I RECEIVED A MSG TELLING ME THAT THERE IS NEW SOFTWARE THAT NEEDS TO UPDATED AND INSTALLED WHICH I TRIED TO DO BUT HAVE BEEN EXPIERENCING ENDLESS PROBLEMS, SUDDENDLY I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THE INTERNET, ENDLES CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE AND STILL NO ASSIATNCE, I HAVE RESET ALL SETTINGS BUT TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE ITUNES, JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THEY SEE THAT ALL MY SETTINGS ARE IN ORDER AND THAT I NEED TO GO TO A VODACOM SHOP FOR ASSISTANCE, & REPAIRS

IM EXTREMELY FRASTRATED AND ANNOYED THAT I CANNOT GET ANY SORT OF HELP AND NO ONE AT THE CALL CENTRE CAN ASSIST ME EITHER, ONE CALL AFTER THE OTHER JUST TO BE TOLD A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORIES FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE GOING TO CALL ME, IF THE PHONE IS NOT EVEN WORKING, I JUST WANT THIS TO BE SORTED OUT OR I CAN JUST CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND GO ELSE WHERE

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
