INCOMPETANCE AND STUPIDITY

I have been dealing with Virgin Mobile since 11 November 2013 and to date my problem is not resolved.
11 Nov - informed them of faulty phone
12 Nov - sent in for repairs
29 Nov - Phone returned without back cover
29 Nov - called and complained about back cover
05 Dec - called to track back cover only to be told that complaint wasnt logged.
05 Dec - back cover arrives, but phone isnt repaired keypad still doesnt work. called and laid a complained, was promised that the phone will be fetched and returned/replace and to date no one has arrived. Spoke to Thando, Siso, Nompumelelo and few others. I have written confirmation from the Supervisor Ahlee Jurakan that the fone will be fetched and sorted but he has conveniently forgotten all about the problem.
