I complained about my Nebula tablet being faulty and my previous Hello Peter report brought excellent results. My tablet was collected the next day and took just over a week to be returned to me, working! So well done Fone Choice for that!! However, when I called to report the problem, I also mentioned to Feisel that the back cover was weak and the clips had broken off. What a surprise to receive the tablet back and the back cover was not replaced!! This is shoddy workmanship and really does not hold Fone Choice in a good light.
