Bad Customer service

Went into the mtn store in Blood mall Tshwane CBD to apply for a contract phone, I regret going into the store as i recieved bad customer service, it was three agents of which two were ladies and they didnt even bother greeting me back, I told one lady that i wanted to check if i qualify for a contract and gave her my documentation, after some time she told me i didnt qualify as i had debt, i told her my accounts were up to date so what exactly was the problem preventing me from qualifying so i can know what to do from my end. She and the other lady agent laughed and said clearly i wasnt paying my acounts, she didnt even give a resolution or advice i had to ask her what is it i needed to do to qualify and after how long should i try to apply again, she just said i must try after three months. I thanked them and walked out feeling embarrased and rediculed and could feel them laughing over my shoulder,

i didnt recieve any assistance whatsoever and dont know where i stand in terms of having a contract phone. I made sure i went in with my ID, Three months bank statement, latest pay slip and proof of residence, but i did not get any assistance, I am a loyal mtn subscriber but did not feel valued.
