Autopage: corruption personified

I have been a client of Autopage cellular for the last year and 5 months. I elected to take out my first cellphone contract with them, much to my dismay in retrospect. I have had extesnive uphill with them from the first month.
They soft-barred my line at the end of August 2011 (my first subscription month), after I exceeded their non-stipluated call limit. They then refused to unbar the line until the debit order had been deducted. This switched off my BIS, that I had paid for in advance - no apology was offered and no remuniration. They duplicated this in the third month after they claimed I did not pay my bill, even though my bank advised the debit order had come off.

They more recently added a "Mymusic" subscription to my bill, that had been charging me R50 per month for the last 6months. I signed no T&C's to agree to this. They refused to return the money - legal action had to be threatened before the buckled.

The last infringement has been adding data usage to my billing, that has cost me hundreds of rands, and they remain unable to substantiate these fees.

Autopage is a company founded on corruption and. My worst experience ever. I hope to tarnish their name!
