Incorrect debit order: Case 7144254

On 01-12-2013 a debit order of R967, 10 for Telkom mobile was deducted. I only budgeted for R269, 10 which I calculated my bill to be, I contacted Telkom Mobile call centre and was told that I was billed for 2x data bundles as I have 2 lines with them, these data bundles were supposed to be free as per the contract that I upgraded to.I spoke to Andile Sithole & he told me that within 10 days I would get my refund, this was very upsetting as I was now out of pocket due to Telkom Mobile's error.I was contacted by Telkom mobile during the week of my initial complaint, & was told that I was to be refunded around -R360, as December 2013 invoice kicked in.I told the consultant that December's invoice was only due at the end of December, & it shouldn't be deducted immediately.I stated that R698, 00 is what should be refunded, it has been around a week since then & I haven't received any feedback from Telkom Mobile, I emailed Andile Sithole on 12-12-2013, he told me that I can expect the refund by end of next week. This is pathetic service by Telkom Mobile, they show no remorse for their error, and now I am out of pocket. Telkom mobile lines are 0812683430 & 0815573273.
