For the past two months I have been billed by Vodacom for what they call "Content Services"
I have no idea what this is and all Vodacom can tell me is that the company billing me is called Opera Telecom.
Who are these people and what gives them the right to bill me? Furthermore what gives Vodacom the right to add unauthorized costs to my account?
I am NOT paying this account and have a good mind to cancel my Vodacom account as well if they do not sort this out pronto.
Vodacom gave me a 082-239-5439 number to call but all I get is to be placed on hold.
Get this Vodacom. - You are NOT authorized to add any third party costs to my account unless you get it from me personally in writing. - Is that clear?
