Vodacom, you are keep putting on charges that I have already contested and you agreed were incorrect. you are charging me for an absurd amount of data, up to billions of megabytes in some cases. you keep reversing the charges and then putting them back on my account. what is going on? I logged a complaint last week with the reference number S3 T9N2R RISLD and am still waiting for any kind of follow up. do you manage to get away with these kind of charges with all your customers? Is that why you keep trying to repost them on my statements?
