AGGRESSIVE TELESALES USELESS SYSTEMS

Having returned from work and both my wife and I settling down for some timeout at arounf 5:00pm, our cellphones rang, followed quickly by our home phone. As with most individuals, our cellphones were charging, and so could not get to them in tme to answer, and so managed to get to our landline to answer.

My wife answered the phone and asked whom was calling; the response to this was an aggressive and unrelenting sales pitch, to which my wife had to eventually put the phone down. Minutes later, the same thing, both cellphones rang followed by our landline; I made sure they were not answered and believed the madness was over. Far from it; the phones rang out again, and this time I answered - I of course had a slightly more open mind as I had not answered any of the previous calls.

Thinking my wife had been exagerrating over the previous call, I kindly asked the telesales lady to refrain from calling us, to which I too was engaged in a battle to end the call. Nedless to say, I let rip with some expletives and put the phone down.

I was considering moving to MWEB for ADSL but will not following this debacle. MWEB need to retrain their obnoxious telesales operators!
