Hi All,

After experiencing problems with my Samsung S4's battery life and constant restarting i went to festival mall cell C to buy a new battery as my current battery looked bloated. Cell C in festival mall doesnt carry stock on this battery at all and kindly pointed me to the Vodacom shop (Ironically). Vodacom shop wanted to switch out my battery with a new one without any hassles (as its still well within the 6 month warranty) but my contract is unfortunately with CellC so they werent able to... i returned to cell C to request a Warranty replacement of the battery but after explaining over and over they insisted that i book the WHOLE cellphone for them to establish what is wrong/software upgrade that i can do myself. i kept repeating THE BATTERY IS BLOATED thats what is wrong but they insisted NOTHING can be done without booking the phone which leaves me without a phone for 2-3 weeks. my phone is not reliable at all at the moment randomly restarting and probably a risk of explosion/fire/etc. Please get Cell C Festival mall to assist me with a new battery as i cant be without my phone for that long. at this point moving to vodacom seems tempting.
