Online request to upgrade to iPhone 5s - received a call on the 8th November 2013 when I answered the phone was put down. Requested upgrade online again 14 November, consultant contacted me - VERY RUDE!!! Proceeded to upgrade. I have now contacted RAM who have confirmed that the address given by Vodacom is WRONG!!! Totally unacceptable service - RUDE Call centre agent who is NOT interested in service. Please tell me WHY is should proceed to upgrade if this is the service we receive???
