The Cellular Bar in Alberton (011 869 1111, don't bother phoning) has been un able to perform a simple sim swop for me. Walked into the shop on Monday 9th Des 13 with great excitement to have a sim swop done to use in my new Samsung phone. Error not so simple... here I am 7:26 on Thursday 12th Des 13, and no mobile number working no phone no contact no help and no hope.
Like my boss usually says... If you are useless you are of no use to me. Thank you Vodacom for waiting my time and convincing me that MTN might need one more customer.
Stats in the name of sanity and spearing all a long story.
1. 3x sim swops later
2. Phone calls to 082111 x12 and counting
3. People involved x11 and counting
4. 96 hours from requesting the first sim swop
Never and never again shall this beautiful communications device be using Vodacom Services?
You are a joke I wish I never got a Vodacom card in the first place the worst decision I ever made in my life.
