Had an amazing experience at your Knysna Branch on the 10 Dec 2013. There is a lady who works there- Elisha Freeks who deserves a promotion!! Previously I have always found the upgrade process to be tedious but Elrisha made my experience an absolute pleasure. Not only was she an amazing professional but she was extremely knowledgeable about both the devices and the various contract plans. She went above and beyond the call of duty and not only helped me to select a phone but also informed and sold me on a far superior internet plan to my existing one. Elrisha has a warmth and is passionate about her job, she made the process fun. It is such a refreshing change as I have never come across such passion and professionalism. Elrisha is a real feather in your cap, and because of her I will continue to be a satisfied MTN customer.
