Game's branch at Knysna have so many complaints in our town that's why most prefer Kloppers. But even though they have a bad name we made the mistake and purchase a defy stove. We were assured that delivery will be quick, when we ask Game Knysna if it is possible to deliver it after 2pm, we where informed it is impossible the driver must be in Plett by 2pm so they said we have to be ready between 12pm and 1pm. It is 3pm and no delivery (costing us time and money) and when we tried to phone game for answers just to find out we were not helped at all and basically laughed at. Well we will return the product and go and buy from trusted and Reliable Kloppers, in a small town like Knysna it is not good news to have a bad reputation.
