Incompetent handling of upgrade

Yesterday, I tried to go onto the Internet but could not log in. Phone call centre today and they tell me my account has been suspended because the debit has not come off for two months! We then figure out it is because the branch code (which YOU people captured on YOUR system!!!) was incorrect. Why is this now my problem? My banking details have not changed for 21 years!!! I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and you have been debiting from the same account??? ABSA bank has a universal branch code (there is only one code nationwide!!!). Also, why was I not contacted when the debit did not go off on the first month of the upgrade. Do you not monitor this? All in all I find this incompetent and frustrating. I wish I had changed when my contract expired. Lets see how long you will take to rectify your mistake! By reading other complaints, this might easilly take a while! Thanks Cell C! The call centre said that by tomorrow this will be sorted. Lets see!!!
