I did an online quote for a cheaper car insurance and was called back by Pierre de Villiers. What absolute professionalism! He was not only polite and extremely helpful but he made the experience an absolute pleasure. He went out of his way to get me the cheapest premium and gave me tips on what to do to get the premiums reduced even further. He had me smiling through the entire conversation and made me feel so at ease. I have never had a pleasant experience with a call centre from any business and now I can honestly say that I have.
