I was also billed R1700 on Data usage, and when I requested to know what the billing was for, I was told that I need to pay R21... So not only are MTN potentially from me, but they are trying to rob me for an extra R21., ... This is TRULY Disgusting!!!

I called MTN this morning to give a months notice to cancel a contract and was transferred to the Cancellations department.
I was on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up!!!
I think it's disgusting that MTN make it so difficult to cancel a contract. I even phoned through last week, and was told that I have to phone on the exact day a month before, which is really not on!!!
