Unable to cancel contract

I have been trying to cancel my data card contract for over a week now with no luck
I am either unable to get through on 083 1 808 (the number you have dialled is incorrect) or I am cut-off
The one time I did get through, I was transferred to the cancellations department and promptly put on hold for 27 MINUTES - BEFORE BEING CUT-OFF

Shocking!
