Oken sim card track

Ottery mtn is the worst, infact mtn in general is the worst cellfone network, after upgrading to a new fone they inserted the old hollow sim card into my old fone which bend the sim card track when i tried to remove it, they refuse to take responsibility and is now saying the fone cant be repaired, i have tried to contact head office with absolutely no luck
