Charged for 2 contracts not taken up

I recently signed up for a number port contract with Nashua Mobile. They were unable to port my number after a week of waiting, after which they said they couldn't transfer my number, so they gave me the option to take out a new contract with a new number, which I reluctantly accepted. But after weeks of waiting and empty promises from call centre staff and managers, I decided to take my business elsewhere and told them the deal is off because of utterly bad service and non delivery.

Now I am being billed the full amount for both contracts even though I haven't taken up one of them and never receiving any goods nor airtime. I've also tried to contact their legal department but can't get through and no one returns my calls. This is blatant.

If someone from their legal / accounts department can contact me to sort this out it will be much appreciated, but from their track record I'm not holding my breath.
