Signed up for one month contract at Cell C Sandton on 28 Feb. Confirmed the contract would only be for ONE month. Followed up on cancellation of this contract on 12 March. Confirmed that contract had been cancelled and would only run for one month. Seems that the branch never faxed/mailed cancellation. Still being billed for a service I have not received since 28 March 2013!! Before leaving for a business trip, I called customer services on 26 April (rude consultant), was transferred to cancellations department and waited on hold for 21 minutes, then went to Sandton branch on 17 May on my return, resent cancellation ref#3051701363. Mailed my concerns via Cell C site on 17 May and STILL NO RESPONSE even though 72 hour promise.
