I am so disappointed with the poor service received from Telkom Mobile. I received my statement with a R200 "activation fee", which was, according to the call centre agent, an error from Telkom Mobile's side. I was told that if my debit order hasn't gone off, that they will correct it before it goes off. None the less, my debit order went off and I was not surprised to see that the R200 was deducted off my account. I then phoned the call centre AGAIN to be told that I will be contacted by the accounts department to arrange a refund back into my account. It has now been more than a week and I am still waiting for the so called accounts department to phone me to arrange the refund.
