My contract was renewed effective 30 Nov 2013. On that day I noticed that I had no air-time, SMS or data bundles. I called the help line who said the bundles would be available from 1 Dev 2013 - it didn't happen. Called again and the help desk consultant was not able to help and so escalated via request no. S3-T9J17-742AZ. No-one called, I called again and once again they could not help - another escalation request no. A1-O898-3LA2KQ. Finally somebody called me on 10 Dec, but alas they could not resolve my problem. Either they don't know what the problem is or they have not bothered to find and fix the problem. If it happened to me it must have happened to others - please advise.
I asked the service provider where I renewed the contarct (Cellucity Clearwater Mall) for assistance, but none received.
