NO-ONE CARES

My mother upgraded quite some time ago to a Samsung Mini, but ever since her upgrade she has been unable to make outgoing calls, receive calls, send messages or IM's or receive any. She never has any signal. We have been back about 7 times now to Altech Autopage, first the one in Centurion Mall and then the one in Irene. Everytime they say there is nothing wrong with the phone, there is nothing wrong with the line, and that they won't send it in for service we have to drive to the headquarters ourselves and fix it. The staff also talk down to you and make you feel like an that is wasting their time, clearly no-one cares because they are still getting their money and their salaries. If my mother was to ever be in an emergency or get stranded on the side of the road she won't be able to contact anyone. It has been three months now and she has to pay for something she can't use at all and not one single person at any branch seems to know what is wrong or in any way bothered to try and find out because it involves having to actually care and work for once.
