I went to Mtn Galleria on the 17th of November. I sim swapped my contract number and I was told it would take 2 days and after the two day period had lapsed it did not work and when I called the call centre I was told that no sim swap had been effected on the number. I then called them on the 24th of November and spoke to some guy with a bad attitude who said they would sort it out but they didn't. I paid for the sim swap yet it was not done and I will forfeit my free minutes.
