I've been an MTN contract user for the past 15 years, yesterday during a call I hear the prompt of 1 min remaining, then my call is cut due to no air time. I'm shocked call 808, very friendly lady assist and tell me phone will be sorted at 9. It is 12:00 and still not sorted, called MTN again agent rather tells me I should just go buy air time! I've been on contract for 15 years. Lady last night said they converted the wrong number to pre paid. MTN makes. Mistake and now I'm inconvenience for so many hours?!
