A while ago my sim was and high account run up on it 20 times my monthly average. After which I made payment arrangements. I phoned today if there whould be any discount if I settle in full, where I was told no and that my acc has been handed over to their attorneys. I'm not happy as I ffeel they partly to blame for letting it go that high
