My account with Lancet was paid in full on the 03/08/2013
I made the payment at Lancet itself, surely the can pick it up immediately!
But 6 days after my payment on the 14th of August they handed me over to the Attorneys
I keep on getting phone calls from the attorney saying I have to pay this account immediately
Or I will be blacklisted, is that now not a threat? For something that was sorted about 1 year ago
Way wait for 1 year before contacting us? The attorneys say the can see I made a payment but is was reversed from Lanced sideI never got any money back from them. Why would Lanced take a payment and then reverse the payment and then claim we never made payments and the handed us over to attorneys.
Making my name bad in the process! I'm surly not happy with the attitude of Lanced and the person by the name of Alroy Ali from the attorneys, they don't want to give me the name of the person from Lanced who handed me over but I phoned and ask for the person working in the accounts department and I was told it is Seth.
Please Lanced check your record accordingly.
