My account was handed over to R Daly attorneys and right after I had made payment arrangements with them Standard Bank debited R2000 from my savings account without contacting me first.
They only sent me a message after they had taken the money from my account.
The money was not even mine!
And if they handed the account over, am I not now dealing with the attorneys?
The people from the call centre don't even have a clue of what they are doing because this guy was just circling around with the same useless questions.
And do they not communicate with their lawyers?
I have made an arrangement with the attorneys and want my money refunded with immediate effect.
Unprofessionally and unfairly handled.
