When I asked Just Letting agent Bridgette about crime in Donegal Villas, Kenmare, she said its average. After a break-in into my car I found out everybody in complex complains bout VERY HIGH crime activities which is happening for a couple of years already. My car was the fith vehicle broken into within one week. I asked Bridgette I want contract canselled cause she was dishonest bout situation and for safety reasons. Now they want to charge me penalties for canselling allthough she was dishonest and I feel unsafe. Because of the dishonesty I moved into a high crime area which I wouldnt have done if I was told the truth. I would not recommend Just Letting or Donegal Villas to anyone. I feel I was to just so that they can get someone to occupy the premises, regardless of our safety. I also found out that I pay R1000 more than the average rent of other tenants.
