My Internet is down, and yes this should be more of a complaint than a complement. I mean think about it. No internet means no tv, social networking, work emails and most importantly no hosting capabilities.

But it is not a complaint and here's why:

1. I received help and information at Midnight!!! ON A SUNDAY!!! (Telkom closes at ten to four in the afternoon: p)
2. I can log a trouble ticket for free even if the internet is down without having to listen to annoying music for an hour over the phone.
3. I can hook up my laptop to my cellphone and get 24 hour live chat support, friendly helpful support.

Yes it can be frustrating to deal with support but look at me now. I'm writing a compliment on Hello Peter. That can only show how impressed I am.

Although the matter has not been resolved as yet it doesn't matter because I found out that CEO is in meeting on a Sunday trying to resolve the issue.

Tell me where would I have ever got information like that from another ISP.

Afrihost Congratulations on convincing me to keep on your package even though its not working right now.
