Contract cancellation

I cancelled my data plan with Vodacom August 12th before heading overseas which was for R99 per month. The last payment should have been max Mid September, but I got charged R99 mid October and then R321.74 Mid November and I have not used the plan since terminating it. We have been fighting with Vodacom since October to get the money back and cancel it, they received the money and the cancellation but say they did not receive the ID copy, nonsence, cause they were all send together. An abolute nightmare of a company and no-one including the guys at the Welkom branch have apparently been able to fix this.
