For the past week everytime I load airtime it disappears from my account and the only thing MTN service agents can tell me is I was on the internet. Even when I tell them I was not on the internet they insist thats where I am spending my airtime. I just can't wait for my contract to lapse cause nothing ever works. You buy data bundles and instead of the internet using that it chows my airtime first. And even then no one from MTN can seem to sole that. Wow what service.
