One month later received bill for R 6 600.00 for data usage
Altech Autopage should explain more thoroughly the way to set up the phone correctly to avoid integrated programs from updating themselves continuously in the background, incurring a huge one month bill.
This phone is highly sophisticated and non-techno people, like me, land up with this level of bill within the first month of use.
Can they not set up a limit to your data usage that it corresponds to the amount available on your monthly package?
I'm almost too scared to use this device again in case of such a large bill again.
I've been a client of theirs since the 1990's and have never experience this problem with my Blackberry device.
