Telkom continues to insist that I am actually running on a 10mbps connection, after doing tests the results were 0.56 mbps, it took me nearly 2 months to get them to upgrade my connection to a 4mbps from a 1mbps, and now we are back to square one. I would really rate them -100 out of 10, worst ISP in existance, due to more issues I am going to mention here, because I have an endless list.
