I have recently purchased an Mtn sim card and wanted to do a sim swap as I had an Mtn number a while ago (This number was not used for several months/over a year).

I contacted the call centre and they ran a few security checks. Unfortunately due to the extended period that this number was not used, I did not recall all of the questions.

The consultant advised that I needed to get an affidavit confirming that the number did belong to me.

I am able to get the affidavit but this is out of the way for me. My number was RICA'd and reflects all of my personal details.

Please respond and resolve as I want to keep my current pre-paid number and finalise this sim swap
