TEL 0833774905. I GOT MY MONEY BACK AFTER A FEW DAYS OF FIGHTING WITH MTN FOR IT. THEN I ASKED THEM FOR SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION AS I FEEL I HAVE BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY. THEY JUST GAVE MY ATTITUDE OF MY MONEY HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO ME THATS IT, MOVE ON. WHAT THE . THE DEBIT ORDER THEY CLAIMED FOR OVER 4600 WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO GO OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE AS THE CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED THREE MONTHS AGO AND ALL MONIES WAS PAID. WHY DID THIS DEBIT ORDER GO THROUGH IN THE FIRST PLACE. DO YOU KNOW WHAT INCONVENIENCE THIS HAS PUT ME IN. I COULD NOT PAY MY RENT, NOR ANY OF MY ACCOUNTS ON TIME. THIS MEANS INTEREST ON LATE PAYMENTS THAT I HAVE TO PAY NOW ALSO A NEGATIVE CREDIT RATING AT ITC FOR LATE PAYMENTS. THIS WAS YOUR SCREWUP NOT MINE. COULD YOU NOT PICK UP THAT THE CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED. HOW CAN YOU PUT A DEBIT ORDER THROUGH 3 MONTHS LATER. WHO IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB THERE. I WANT ANSWERS AND COMPENSATION FROM MTN. I ALSO HAD TO GO BORROW MONEY SO THAT MY DEBIT ORDERS AT LEAST WILL BE PAID AND NOT RETURNED, ALL THIS INCONVENIENCE DUE TO MTN
