It has almost been 4 weeks now and Telkom still hasn't fixed my line. They keep on telling me the matter has been escalated but nothing happens. Try to put in my reference number to see what is happening and when my line would be fixed, but it does not exist. This has been going on for 4 weeks now and I'm sick of it. All the reference numbers I receive don't exist.
