Ugrade! headache

I was allowed to upgrade in august and i was hounded o a daily basis by virgin to upgrade, i received about 10 calls daily and was just cutting calls until it became unbearable and accepted a upgrade on 26 Nov and was informed it will be 7-10 working days for delivery it is now 11 days and still no phone..

they are willing to harrass you to get a sale on there name but not to ensure goods are delivered.

CCD courriers contacted me for delivery on 09 Dec and made arrangement for the courrier to deliver before 13:00 due to work, i left for work at 13:00 and the courrier arrived at 13:45 when i was long gone to work,

now they say they can deliver tomorrow, 12 days since upgrade, as a consumer i know that if a policy of 7-10 days is implimented it has to be adhered to,

The courrier that you use reflects straight back to you and it makes you quilty of non delivery...

i phoned Virgin this morning, the woman working there said she will phone me back in 5 min she just want to check system who i did the upgrade with, yeah that was an hour ago,

once again proving that they only care about sales
