Virgin mobile phone not delivered, it has been 11 days since upgrade and i phoned 09 Dec at 08:00 and informed them that i leave for work at 13:00 and they have to be here before that time, giving them 5 hours to make the 3 hour journey, i conacted them 5/6 times during the day, i left for work and at 13:45 they contacted me, they are in dundee, I allowed them more than enough time to reach me.
i now phoned the durban branch and they tell me they can deliver tomorrow, this is not acceptabile, it will be 12 workig days from upgrade and virgin policy says 7-10 working days,
i made arrangements for delivery before 13:00 and i am not at fault when arrangements are not followed.
