ON MY UPGRADE

On the 6th September I received an SMS stating that my upgrade was successful. I didnt do an upgrade, so my warning bells went off and I contacted 808 immediately. A long and lengthy process with affidavids etc.. but the upgrade was cancelled. Yesterday, 26th September, I received another SMS about my successful upgrade and payment details successfully adjusted. Once again I called 808. I was assured it was cancelled and someone would be in contact with me shortly. (I am still waiting) I called back at 4:10pm. Eventually the call was answered at 4:45pm! I was redirected from person to person and eventually told the department I needed to chat to had closed. I was assured a supervisor would contact me today (27/09) - I'm still waiting. This morning I got a call from the courrier service asking if anyone was at the address to deliver the phone to Mobeni - I dont live there nor do I work there! I cancelled that phone delivery. I then went into MTN at Musgrave center where a very helpful man logged onto my account and the upgrade was still processed and hadn't been cancelled. He sent an e-mail and assured me as soon as he received feedback I would be notified - WE STILL WAITING!
