We have been trying to cancel our telkom lines, not used them for over 3 months.

- in April 2013 i called the call center 10217 they said send [Email Removed] an email stating we want to cancel, i sent an email with my id a letter of cancellation and our account.
they came back to me saying this is not there department.
- i called the call line again, after being forwarded to 5 different operators who did not know how to cancel our lines i was told to send an email to [Email Removed] which i did again on the 11th July 2013
- Since then i have resent my cancellation on the 10th of september 2013 and i keep getting bills.

I have received an sms stating to call Henk Smit - 012 3112 513 to avoid legal action against me, i have phoned on the following times.

- 9th October 2013 1:13 pm / 2 pm / 2:32 pm no answer
-10th October 2013 8:32 am / 8:35 am / 8:50 am no answer

I wish to cancel my entire account now (i was going to keep one line)

Please can someone help me as i do not feel its fare to pay these last three months when the call center keeps saying resend it, then i have to wait 30 days to see if it works and then do it over and wait, then again, money making scheme!
