I upgraded on the 3rd of September from a data contract to normal cellphone contract. Was told my contract will migrate from data to normal on the 1st of October but that didn't happen. I called them on the 1st of October was told Vodacom had a problem my contract will migrate from 1st of November and Vodacom will pay all the charges but today still that didn't happen and they still charged me for the old data contract that I had cancelled.
