A few months ago it was time to get a new ISP, So i went to a @lantic store, after explaining my exact internet needs I was told the best option was an iBurst 10 gig package. From the start i had complaints about the internet speed as it was slower than slow, after going into the store and phoning the so called Technical Department i still had no satisfactory answer. Excuses ranged from it must be the modem (which was then check and had no fault) to it seems you have a "white" dot by you. I was even told to buy an internet ariel. After much frustration I finally tracked down their head office in Pretoria and went to pay them a visit. Yet again i was told to buy the magic OMNI ariel, which I then did, at R630-00 and guess what it has made no difference what so ever even checking on [URL Removed] So now i ask why cant I 1 get a satisfactory answer and 2 why do customers get to.
