Last year, my BlackBerry began giving me problems with charging, i took it in for repairs as it was under warranty and under insurance, I left at at Cell C they said it will be back in 1 weeks according to the call centre agent I called before taking it in to the branch, then the branch tells me it will take 4 weeks to repair, and as a top up contract customer I wont get a courtesy phone, fine I left, 2 months pass I decide to go there they tell my phone has been returned quiet a while ago, WOW, why wasnt I told, I got no answer, then its not fixed and I should take it back, but I tell them I'm under their insurance, then the sales guy takes it and books it in AGAIN, and informs me Insurance will call me in 2 weeks, and that was the last week of December and I havent heard from them since. And I have been a Cell C customer since 2001 when I matriculated and havent changed numbers since, so I dont know if they want me to call them again and make a follow up whereas I was told id get a call from them
