Hi, I recently enquired at two separate branches in the Western Cape regarding a quotation for cancellation of an 3G data contract I have with 8ta, as I am wishing to take out a Telkom fixed line with adsl. At both stores I was advised that I need to contact the call centre for the relevant information. After numerous occasion of attempting to get through to the call centre I was advised that I should go in store as they send through requests for cancellation quotes. I now don't know what to do? I even tried emailing my request to [Email Removed] but received an automated response saying the mailbox is full. Please could someone assist in this regard, it will be highly appreciated.
