I called the call centre to serve my 30 day notice period for cancellation of my contract. The agent advised me to email retentions which I did on the 16th of January. I enquired about the effective date of cancellation and final invoice date with no feedback only an automated email stating " thank you we have received your request. " well if you received my request where's my response.??? Plz cancel my 0812561172 contract.
