Excellent turn around time for a billing issue

This goes out as a huge thumbs up and keep it up to Heather. My billing issue was resolved in such a simple and efficient manner. I haven't had this level of efficiency in a while even from FNB and Cell C who have upped their game. So thank you, thank you very much.
